Now it won’t connect, and just constantly searches blue tooth devices through my house. I can no longer adjust the speed so both our boards are stuck on training level…. This was for when the kids were learning to use them. For such an expensive item to now not be able to use it normally it is very frustrating. We have had the boards for years and they work great, but the app has severely let the board down. NOT HAPPY ### 1/5 — So bad! *2021-10-02, version 1.0.4* Can’t even connect to the Hoverboard. Just keeps coming up with an error every time. Hover HX hoverboards are the best hover boards but the app is certainly not. Overall, I am not happy with the app and you should not download it until the problems is fixed. ### 1/5 — Hx hoverboard all *2024-12-17* The Hx hoverboard app continues to crash in the process of connecting to the Bluetooth module. Download surfwheel don’t waste your time ### 1/5 — Use SurfWheel app *2024-11-26* After tons of research I finally just guessed and found that SurfWheel and HX Urban are the same board just different names.
