This app was developed to assist medical students to electronically take down Medical History (Hx) records for patients using a structured and systematic approach. A complete reference of questions for each stage of the Medical History record is available to simplify the process whereby the student may enter the patient's response against each of the questions directly into the patient's profile. Upon completing a patient's profile, the full profile will be stored on the user's device along with the other profiles entered. The user may then generate a brief medical report or a full medical report for any of the stored profiles at any time.
