Die Möglichkeit Termine am Display zu buchen und dazu noch einen Titel der Besprechung auszuwählen kommt sehr gut bei den Kollegen an. Auch das automatische Absagen wenn keiner in einen Termin einchecken ist hilfreich die Räume nicht unnötig zu blockieren. Zuletzt haben wir das neue Catering Modul lizensiert und überall auf die Besprechungstische im Raum noch ein zweites Display mit dieser App gestellt wo das Modul erlaubt den Besprechungsteilnehmern Getränke zu bestellen. Das schöne an dem Catering Modul ist, das man Produkte selbständig anlegen kann und wenn man will jedem Raum eine andere Produktauswahl zur Verfügung stellen. So hat unsere Geschäftsleitung eine andere Auswahl im Besprechungsraum als die standard Räume wo wir Einkaufsverhandlungen durchführen. Und was mir am besten gefällt ist, das man alles über ein Webportal verwalten kann.
