We bought a floor lamp and it works fine with the remote. Also able to pair different light settings 1-7 for a short time using the app but they quickly unpair and no longer work. Sucks. Could be a really great feature but it’s not. I’ve tried pairing my light using both the Android and the iOS app. Neither works. I followed the instructions exactly as written, as well as every variation and combination of the steps as I could think of. Its instructions included w/the bulb are so teensy there’s a section that is completely permanently blurred even when enlarged it is so small and illegible. Anyway, the app fails like most other reviewers say, to pair with its own product, the bulb, so the RGB aspects of the bulb are not activated by the app. Glad I got the bulb w/ remote control included! ### 1/5 — Garbage pairing function and instructions *2025-11-08* I cannot get the light into pairing mode to connect my phone and the app. The instructions don’t make sense. “Click the code matching button” is a step. Hmmm. You might think that just means I should hit the “pairing” button, but you’d be wrong. That button just brings up worthless instructions again.
