At my location (bank of 4 wash bays) It frequently scans and says that it doesn’t work on this machine but ‘another one at this location’ does. This is frustrating when you carve out time to get it done. One of issues though is that when you scan the QR code it will say that this wash bay is not connected, use another. If only certain wash bays have technology to accept scan, then those bays should be identified. Imagine being in line with others behind you, and you need to move. Like that I buy month’s worth of washes and it’s billed to my credit card.
