### 1/5 — App is a buggy mess

I’ve had technical issues with the app nearly every time I’ve used it. Today when I tried to “start my journey” with a new provider, I got an error message saying my session had expired, and I was logged out. When I logged in again, the same thing happened, on both my iPhone and my iPad, again and again. I tried to submit a ticket with tech support, and that resulted in more errors. When I called and requested tech support that way, I was connected with a person who could put me in touch with a provider but wasn’t actually with tech support. I hate this app.

The docs are great for the most part. But the app itself is not even remotely user friendly. If you have a regular doc under one of the specialist areas, there is supposed to be a follow up button where you can message them if there is an issue with medication or something, but sometimes the button just isn’t there. Try to send them an image they asked for? Good luck! You can try to upload it to your medical info but that doesn’t guarantee they will be able to see it.

I have previously had swiftMD who was excellent at prescribing antibiotics and actually treating issues.  So far used this service 3 times and all 3 wouldn’t even prescribe antibiotics offered over the counter options.  Why am I paying for this. Will try to cancel through Employer.

This is hands down the worst telehealth company I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is poorly trained, and every time I call I get different (and usually wrong) information. I haven’t been able to log into my account for days, and it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone who actually knows what they’re doing.

When I finally got an appointment, I sat in the virtual lobby for 45 minutes before it was canceled. Then I found out providers often don’t even join the calls. To make it worse, they call from blocked numbers, so if your phone filters those, you’ll never even get the call.

I’ve spent over two hours just trying to get a basic appointment. Absolutely horrific customer service.

Always has technical issues. I could not even do my counseling appointment last week because we couldn’t connect on the app. It constantly crashes and has errors not letting me update medical information. Now for the last month it says I have 18 missed messages.
