Fails to load resort when selected and doesn’t get stored to any sort of ~1 week medium term memory. Rooms service requests get dropped when app is closed. Put in temp room for a night 3.tv don’t work in room or bar 4 the second day they started charging for cabanas 75-200us per day 5. preferred bar you climb that hill now yesterday shorten hours closed at 10 pm while super Bowl was still in in the 3 quarter. Had to leave 6. Spa prices terrible high ! No preferred restaurant 7. Anyone can go to preferred pool and lounge And beach ( no one check and we were here for 2 week. 8. no dress code any restaurant 9. smoking at preferred pool beach Sale people are not employees of UVC they try anything ! Run 10.staff is very friendly & cleaning Management hid behind glass doors& lie to you too. Tienen shows todas las noches y actividades en las piscinas. Les tomamos cariño. La comida buena y los meseros muy simpáticos. Solo nos faltó un Sport Bar con mesa de billar y poder ver partidos. Tienen un lugar para juegos pero es pequeño y se paga a parte. Can’t order the minibar restock because “there are no times available to order”. My brother in Christ, it’s a once a day service, I was just trying to make sure the left extra water in the mini bar once I got back? The moment you select a resort the app freezes. It freezes on an open white screen. It’s TRASH. And they have taken away all the paper maps and itineraries they use to give out daily. I get it from an environmental standpoint but this app is awful. This last time we were encouraged to download it for things like ordering room service...received a message that there was no room service. We were encouraged to use it to book pool cabanas…the price quoted in the app was higher than the one provided by the staff who walk around attempting to fill the beds. We were told to use the app to book the private chef experience at the teppanyaki restaurant, there was no button available for that. Met another couple who booked through the site and then when coordinating with the hostess, she couldn’t see the reservation. All week we had excellent service from Mardo, Sergio and Moises at the Seaside Grill, Dyana Victor and Jenry at the Indigo Club rooftop, Francisco and Leonardo at the Rendevouz bar, and Denisse and Fabio from the Unlimited Vacation Club team. Denisse, Herbert and Alex from UVC also went out of their way to help us stay an extra day and get treatment for our daughters (10yr) high fever and nausea that caused us to miss our flight. We were really worried and they took care of everything. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend it highly.
