Find your router and select it. Button missing to connect to network. Pressing done button on the keyboard does nothing. Dev team can contact me and will gladly share screenshots and anything else needed to fix this issue ### 1/5 — Absolutely disgusting business practice *2022-10-17, version 1.0.6* I have been forced to download a new app that doesn’t work. My device has completely stopped working because of this causing me expense in purchasing a new product. Disgusting business practice with untested app. Vile scum. The old wasn’t the best but at least it worked and I could make changes. Tried contacting support multiple times and no response. Can’t return the product so now it’s a paperweight. Should have just went with Jebao. Price point is better and the product at least works and customer support at least responds to the best of their ability even if English isn’t their first language. Never buying a hydor product for my aquarium again… Update : they let me they push out a new version of the app. It honestly only worked for a week maybe two before it took a crap again. I’m going to my jebao and try to sell it so someone else deals with this piece of junk After logging into the device the app can’t locate the wave maker. I deleted it and try to reconnect it. At the screen where it says connect wifi it gives me an error message. ### 1/5 — Fix the app *2022-09-26, version 1.0.5* Fix the app, people bought this wave pump specifically BECAUSE you can control it with an app, it’s been two weeks that I can’t control my pumps. ### 1/5 — Already looking to go back to jaebo *2022-09-14, version 1.0.5* Have had this power head and app for a short time . Power head seems to work fine. Now the app won’t even open . Have uninstalled and reinstalled so I know it’s not that . Will be ordering the jaebo sow series soon they have been good for me . Was Leary to purchase this from the get. Should have listened to myself . Pressing “done” on the keyboard does nothing ### 1/5 — Network Connection to wifi is broken *2022-06-07, version 1.0.5* I can connect to my KPM directly connected to the aqamai network, but when I got to connect it to my home wifi throught the network connection UI, it detect my home network, it prompts for the password, but does not let me submit the password, the ios keyboard enter key does nothing. Called them and number not working. ### 1/5 — 0 stars - Returning *2022-05-01, version 1.0.5* Unfortunately i must agree with the no-star reviews. I purchased a KPs4150 l/h pump. It’s relatively quite except at 100% (but nowhere near the rated 1050 gph, which is ok in my application). Updated to Firmware version 2.0.0, app version 1.0.5(19). The change network function doesn’t work so the only way to control this is to join the pump’s network and choose ‘demo’ mode. The tutorials pop up constantly even though I’ve turned them off. The whole “create a new set” function is obnoxious- you must enter a value for each 1/2 hour of the day, even if you want something like “night mode 22:00, random 08:00”. And if you power cycle the pump it defaults to some random mode. Glad I bought this at a store with a return policy because it’s going back! ### 1/5 — App work 1 time *2022-03-20, version 1.0.5* Install it and set up app and device.Worked fine but lost all Internet connectivity with my iPad. I was not even able to log back into the app. I have to physically go in and remove the device from my net work to be able to access the Internet. I bought the Aqamai for its “amazing customization” which I believe could be true if not for the horrible way this app is laid out. The app only lets you select presets and when you try to customize anything the tabs are so large that they take up the whole screen. I can’t demo anything because there are pop ups that prevent you from even seeing the customization underneath. Developers need to redo this entire lay out. It’s not helpful. Just a waste of $129 ### 1/5 — Zero star *2022-02-06, version 1.0.4* It has been a literal waste of money to buy this pump cause I can’t do anything on the app. I try to adjust flow rates and it give me this massively zoomed in screen. I’m down $112 and these crooks made out with my money. I have 3 products, and all of them communicate, at best, inconsistently. App regularly freezes. Says it’s done things but hasn’t. Products become popular by word of mouth. You have great products at an affordable price but because the app renders them useless people only talk negatively about your company. Do yourself a favor and focus your efforts on app development. The system works flawlessly now. I’m very happy with the performance. ### 5/5 — FINALLY updated! *2022-03-23, version 1.0.5* I’ve tried writing a review here already, but I’m not sure it actually went through. The app finally works! The adjustment icons are a normal size, and the app is useable. Adjusting timings requires you to 0.25ms above whatever you’re trying to set it at, as it will adjust that much down after you take your finger away, but that is a literal tiny minor complaint compared to how this app was before the update that fixed it and made my KPS wavemaker usable.
