## What is Hydra?

Hydra is a hydration tracker built around a single gesture: drag up anywhere on the home screen and watch the water rise to where you logged.

Most water apps use a generic 2L target. Hydra calculates yours from your weight, sex, activity level, and climate — then bumps it up automatically when you take creatine. Because creatine pulls water into your muscle cells, you actually need more.
