For starters, you have to keep logging back in every time you exit out of the app, which ends up being multiple times over the course of a project - when there shouldn't even be a password. Even CashApp doesn't require this. Second, this thing isn't intuitive; it's very confusing and requires so much text input to test anything that i gave up and went back to pen/paper. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-04-08, version 3.6.1* App doesn’t work. We are more than happy to help in any way we can. ### 1/5 — Hidden charges shocking *2021-01-05, version 2.0.6* You are now charged to use the app pay extra for Bluetooth enabled gauge then charge you for use of the app don’t buy it stick with the old gauge ### 1/5 — App is garbage *2020-11-27* The previous app was free and a Kindergartner could easily learn how to use it. The new app cost $400/year per associate, and you have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out. We’ve had to rely on taking our own screen shots of tests and make our own PDF reports for our customers. Being used weekly now for various types of anchor and substrate. I did have to take the time and set up the administrator and user accounts properly to get everything working. Simon at Hydrajaws took the time to email answers and helpful set up tips. It also takes some time and tinkering to get your testing set up the way you need. I do jot think this app is set up for you to just buy and use.
