Don’t waste your time downloading and filling out all the info on the app. The mobile services never come up to choose your location.

Honestly just throw it away and start over. App crashes out constantly. Clients are constantly having issues and complaining about how it’s not user friendly. So many different clicks just to do something that could be so simple

Many issues with the service and the app.  App crashes if you click out of it, is letting clients bypass consults somehow, charges incorrect prices, overall a mess. Hope a different company comes along and does this better.

This company seems to have done so many things right yet they just can’t seem to deliver the basic service they say they provide. I have booked multiple appointments with multiple providers for mobile IV hydration and have never received the service. Most of the time I get a message just before the cooking time that says “your booking has been canceled” with no explanation given. 

This would be a great service if it actually worked! Disappointing!!!!!

I like the app but there is a lot to it and it’s not very user friendly. Once you mark the meds as delivered, it doesn’t let you enter the information of the last part of your meds from the previous delivery.  Just make it EASIER FOR USERS.

Not user friendly for patients or nurses. Clunky and hard to manipulate through all the pages for patients. Too time consuming for “on the spot” services”. Good in theory but still a ton of bugs to work out and tech support is snarky and defensive when questions are submitted.

Used a Hydreight recently and had a great experience. The nurse who attended to me was fantastic, providing professional and comforting care. Highly recommend for anyone needing a quick wellness boost.
