## What is Hydro Dots?

Hydro Dots is a water tracker that draws your day as a rising water level, one dot at a time.

Tap once to log a cup, a mug, or a bottle. The water climbs. That is the whole idea.

WHAT IT DOES

• One tap to log — your usual sizes sit on the first screen. Custom amounts and drink types are one tap further.
• Not every drink counts the same — coffee, tea, juice and the rest are converted by their hydration index, so what you log is what your body keeps.
• A goal that follows your day — body weight, temperature, humidity, UV and activity shape the target. It settles once, the first time you open the app each day, so it never moves under you.
• Reminders that know where you stand — each one carries how much you have had and the pace that would get you there.
• History and recap — a week of bars, a month of dots, a streak counter, and the month's total turned into things you can picture: bottles, kettles, sugar you avoided.
• Widgets — log from the home screen or the lock screen without opening the app. A month of dots fits on the large one.
• Shortcuts and Siri — log a drink or ask what you have had today, hands free. Every action is available to build your own routines.
• Apple Health — records can be written to Health, and removing a record takes it back out.

PRIVACY

• When the water does not tilt, you can now find out why (Reduce Motion) and how to turn it off for this app alone.
• With Reduce Motion on, the water and other values now settle gently instead of jumping.
