The app is a great companion to the amazing Hydrow rower. Especially for those days when I’m away from my Hydrow and want a short exercise video via the app.

Cable came out in the middle of a workout. Tried to quickly turn everything back on to get back at it, but the video I was following was nowhere to be found. There’s no way to continue what you were already doing!! Such a basic feature that’s missing. Very disappointing.

Great app but needs some bugs worked out. If casting to a tv, you cannot see stats, even on original device, as it gets greyed out. Also while casting, if a notification comes through, everything just stops. Watching solely on device works flawlessly and instructors and scenery are fantastic.

Love this company, the variety of workouts, and the app. The only thing missing is the ability to search by keyword. That would make it over the top!

The smart recommendations feature died coincidentally with the last app update. I reached out, and although it took a free tries, the smart recommendations finally returned. No real explanations from support but at least the issue was resolved. I still think hydrow needs to improve their support.

The smart recommendations feature died coincidentally with the last app update. I reached out to support who mansplained to me that it no longer provided recommendations because it was still busy calculating how my body reacted. That was 3 days ago and still no recommendations.
