I use this with RasPBX and HylaFax. Works perfect. I can send and receive faxes from the iPhone without an issue. Well worth the purchase price.

Needed an app to view the status and IO of my 8 head hylafax. App works perfect for that.

Update: new version adds great features and fixes a few bugs we had.
