## What is HYLO Partner?

HYLO Partner is the app for restaurants and kitchens that sell on HYLO, the local food delivery service. Take orders, run your menu and track your payouts, all from your phone.

NEVER MISS AN ORDER
• New orders ring like an incoming call, with the full item list on screen
• Accept or reject in one tap, and set a preparation time
• A countdown shows how long you have to respond
• Urgent alerts reach you even when the app is closed
• Every phone in your kitchen can be signed in at once

RUN YOUR MENU
• Add dishes with photos, prices, sizes and add-ons
• Mark items in or out of stock in a second
• Organise categories and set when each one is available
• Changes go live for customers instantly

STAY IN CONTROL
• Pause new orders when the kitchen is busy, and open or close for the day yourself
• See the delivery partner picking up each order
• Create your own offers and coupons
• Read your customer reviews and ratings
• Add managers and kitchen staff, each with the right access

KNOW WHAT YOU EARN
• See your payout on every order after commission and taxes
• Daily and weekly totals, top-selling dishes and a 14-day trend
• Full payout history with every bank transfer, TDS deduction and adjustment

HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
