I signed up for a 3 day trial & did not cancel it because it did not give me a notification that the free trial would be up.
Your app did not work for me.
I teach and tried to record a full days worth of speeches but the app would quit.  I would have to restart it if I caught it.  Lost many hours of recordings.
This app does not work for me.

Such a shame to have a decent product but take illegal measures. to retain consumer money. There is no reason why I should need to email to cancel my subscription. Make an in app option to cancel IMMEDIATELY, none of this shady stuff. It is ILLEGAL.

They make you create an account and sign up and then show you their very expensive plans. The minimum is $15 per month. There are a ton of good notetaking apps out there not to mention apples free notes.

J’ai téléchargé et souscrit à cette application payante à la très courte version d’essai (3 jours). Lancement direct lors d’une réunion avec volonté d’enregistrement et transcription. Au bout de 50 minutes, enregistrement stoppé et « transcription » figée : un gros fail, dangereux. J’avais pris une mesure de précaution avec une solution plus classique. Heureusement. Vivement déconseillé.

I just missed recording a very important meeting, there is some issue and I couldn’t get it to work. Odd this thing crashes after my free test days. I’d like to cancel and get my money back please.  Also went to the help area and that was crashed as well. Please refund and delete this app from my phone.

If you're going to offer a three day trial, then you need to allow access to the app… I was really frustrated because I want to try to see if your app works for my needs and yet you don't allow any access to the app without forcing your customer to end the free trial and to be immediately charged ! What's the point of offering a free trial if you don't give access to your entire apps capabilities?? it never ceases to amaze me how stupid companies are and how they treat their customers.  Also, during my trial today, I copy and pasted a Ted talk link into HyNote and all it gave me was a full description of Ted talks. It didn't give him one bit of information about the video nor did it transcribe the video in any way! This app has immediately failed me And I've only been trying to use it for 15 minutes - also nowhere on the HyNote website gives me access to any troubleshooting via chat - if I had the capability of figuring out the troubles, I was running into within the first 15 minutes of trying to figure out this app I might have stuck with it… I'm already annoyed so I immediately canceled my subscription!!

Hynote wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielversprechend, enttäuscht aber sofort in der Nutzung. Die kostenlose Version erlaubt nur fünf Minuten Aufnahmezeit – für eine App, die explizit für Schulungen und längere Inhalte gedacht ist, absolut unbrauchbar. Wichtige Funktionen wie automatische Strukturierung oder Zusammenfassungen sind ebenfalls hinter einer Paywall versteckt. Am Ende bekommt man nur eine einfache Transkription, die viele andere Dienste längst besser, schneller und kostenlos liefern. Für diesen geringen Funktionsumfang dann auch noch ein Abo zu verlangen, ist unverständlich. In der aktuellen Form nicht empfehlenswert.

I really recommend this app for studying and when you are stuck on something it gives you such a good debrief of what you need to know it is so good if you are doing your exams/GCSE and any type of school.
