## What is Hype !?

Welcome to Hype!

With Hype! you'll be able to find and share new and trendy places around you. 

Hype! thus references the most trendy spots in various categories (coffee shops, cocktail bars, club/event, rooftoops and restaurants, shops or even museums), according to a price scale ranging from inexpensive to high-end.

** How does it work? **

The places listed are based on a tendency analysis so that only the best appear in each category! To produce the best user experience only places that are open while you're looking at your smartphone come up. And in order to help you choose, each place features a popularity rating out of 100 so that you know which ones are must-go places and which ones are lesser known.

Please note that the use of GPS in real time can affect your device autonomy.

Based on your tastes and on your Facebook friends Hype! suggests you amazing places wherever you are! As soon as you log in you are in touch with all your friends already on Hype! 
With Hype! you can also share and rate all the listed places! And if you're close by you can also add a photo and write a review which your friends can see on the 'Trends' tab.

Hype! does not only show the best places in each category but also assists you wherever you go thanks to its geolocation feature: as soon as you get to a new area you receive a notification listing all the interesting places nearby.

With Hype! you can do more than just create a basic list of favorites: indeed Hype! automatically searches for the latest news related to your saved places and shows them in real time on the 'Trends' tab. 
Hype! was created after months of research aimed at answering a simple question: how to go beyond a basic app listing coffee-shops and restaurants? Based on search algorithms, Hype! can find trendy places around the world in every city from New York to Tokyo.
