They’ve been sitting as ‘pending admin approval needed’. I’ve tried contacting their support through the app chat and email multiple times but have never been replied to. I ordered a size 11.5 carmine 6 and I received the reverse flu game 12s in a size 11. Those shoes aren’t even the same value plus they not my size.Plus the shoes don’t ship in 2 days it’s 3 days. Don’t bother buying!! *2020-06-06* I tried to order several shoes through this app. It was cool to order. Now fulfilling the order was horrible. I ordered the shoes and a day later they decline the sale. The seller ended up changing the price and relisted the shoe for a much higher price. The company never tried to make things write,apologize, or compensate for the problem. It says they will take 15% off from seller to reimburse the buyer but it is all lies. DO NOT BUY. HORRIBLE COMPANY. You will not receive shoes if ordered. And will have to send several emails to get one vague email that doesn’t say anything. What a joke. Stick to Stock X, GOAT, and Stadium Goods. But HypeClub is a huge JOKE. Wish I could review less than one star. ### 1/5 — Ripped Off *2019-09-20* I had sold a pair of shoes on here months ago!! Got the emails to verify as well. Messaged all support never received a response. They responded the whole time they wanted me to ship the shoes once I did never heard from the again even got charged a $66 fee for late shipping when they were shipped!!! Once I responded about the fee and explained they had been shipped never received anything back. Even deleted my recent sales made off my account page very corrupt. Still waiting for my money or response. Lost out on a DS pair of Re2pect low 11s!!!! ### 1/5 — Don’t use this app for buying or selling! *2019-04-30* Downloaded the app say it came out posted some of my inventory made 7 sales on it so far. The first 2 items that sold I shipped out and still haven’t received my payout from the app when tracking the packages they are on “hold” with UPS and being redirected to elsewhere when trying to contact support they don’t answer. 4 other sales got canceled due to apparent “fraud” from buyer n the others I refuse to even ship out until I figure out what shady business this app is running. My advise is please beware while using this app I personally wouldn’t trust it ### 2/5 — Fix *2019-02-22* Although the app barely came out users and developers can agree already know it needs more work. This is a great concept for buying and selling but the app just isn’t finished yet. Everything takes forever to load like signing in , after trying to sign in twice it took about 3 minutes and it finally let me sign in the third time. I can tell this app is going to get big , well hopefully it does because it seems like a great concept , in fact too much of a good concept to let the app go to waste , therefore I hope you guys can fix ; the time it takes to load things, sign in faster , and just the little bugs overall. ### 4/5 — This app is up and coming. *2019-02-22, version 1.0.2* I can see this app growing to the size of StockX.
