I’ve been using it since it originally came out, and have earned a lot of money by using it. The issue for me is the customer service and the bugs the app has. Sometimes I will redeem a reward and it gives an error, then takes away the points without giving me the gift card. I have been active daily since mid August I have over 106,000 points that I do not want to lose. BUT I've sent out 3 invites to friends and every time they've used my code I don't get points for it and neither do they. I downloaded and was told that if I shared with a friend and they used my code, I would get 50 points for both of us. It never happened. AND the videos are ify. You never know which videos are actually going to go through. I have noticed in the past months where there used to be 10-15 quests a day that were worth many points have been updated to just 3 quests a day for 50 points each. I have also noticed in the last couple of weeks that the hourly quests are now worth 100 points when they used to be worth 200 points. This is really upsetting to see as i really loved this app however it is now following in the path of similar greedy apps. I really used to enjoy this app as I felt that before these updates heavily reducing our ability to earn points that it took a fair amount of time to earn rewards. Unfortunately it’s been over 3 weeks without any response from the support team. ### 1/5 — Videos and AI SUCK *2026-02-17, version 3.71* I like the app and taking pictures of random ideas but this app needs to get rid of the videos cause there is no one that sees theses videos except for the person that made the video, if I wanted to make a video that I wanted to watch and listens to myself I would do that but I don’t, making a video on this app is like having a teacher give a assignment to the class that doesn’t need to be handed in? That makes no sense, why make a video when no one watches it and that this app is ran by AI that is judgemental on here and it’s very picky on what has to be said in the videos cause if it says take a video of your favorite food and then a person doesn’t appear or say anything in the video it’s a FAIL and the person has to make the video on their favorite food all over again till it gets what the AI wants since it wasn’t in the description to say anything about your favorite food it just says take a video of your favorite food and no where does it say a person has to be in the video or say anything it just says show your favorite food.
