I reported it to my credit card company and it declined charges for a few weeks, but now it has put a hold on our account and says we have to get the App developers to end the charges, which has been futile so far. And I have been unable to cancel. It’s a scam. I canceled the subscription that I didn’t even subscribe for in the first place over a week ago and they took money out again today. I paid £4.99 for a 7 day trial of their software & I’ve got photos of the payment & contract I’ve agreed with them. However as I’ve started to use the app they are bombarding me with other trials trying to get me to increase my plan before I’ve even had the chance to use what I’ve paid for & now they’re telling me I’ve only paid for a 3 day plan when I have clearly paid for 7 days. They won’t let me go any further using the plan I’ve paid for as I paid for the cheapest one on offer to see how trustworthy this company are so I am now warning anyone thinking of trying their software on a trial basis DON’T DO IT. I’m so mad with myself for even allowing them access to my phone & just want them to refund me & get off my phone but as yet I don’t know how to do this.
