I have tried several times to cancel. but unsuccessful every time and I am being charged for something I don’t want.

Hi there, please note that you can only manage your subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, not in the app itself. If you're having any difficulties with canceling your subscription, please reach us at support@gismart.com so we send the relevant instructions. Cheers!
