It helps calculate optimal stereo base and determine points where to put cameras and points to point them to.

List of Favorite places allows you to remember geographical coordinates and shooting options. List of Favorite places stored in iCloud and quickly synchronizes through all of your devices so it will be identical on all of them.

It shows directions for parallel and convergent pointing of cameras.

It shows large perpendicular to view direction line that helps center frames.

You can choose optimal for you work distance to basis ratio which shows as Angle. Usually optimal values are from 1/30 to 1/50 or from 1 to 2 degree.

In order to make this really useful, there needs to be information about topology and elevation. See for example Scenic Maps...if the eyes could "fly" through a region in 3D, one could generate a stereographic virtual pair, to evaluate whether the target scene is obstructed by closer objects, or whether closer objects could have too much stereo disparity.
At the very least, please make it possible to export the too eyes GPS coordinates (and perhaps also the view angle) to let us drop this information into a topo map.
But it would be even better to make the synthetic views for 'real time' evaluation.
