Thanks I guess for taking my money ### 4/5 — Real deal scam *2024-09-28, version 1.0.23* They accepted my order and I included a $5 tip. The order was sent to DoorDash but a driver wasn’t assigned. I called DoorDash support who had to manually assign a driver and told me that the tip was set to $0. So I guess Hyperflyer just keeps the tip and seems to have no accountability for actually delivering an order ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2024-08-24, version 1.0.23* Please do yourself a favor and never use this company . I paid them as well as ordered my food. They cancelled my order then lied and said the restaurant cancelled. Which they did not. So not only did I not get my dinner that I paid for I’ve had to deal with the frustrating task of trying to contact someone about it . Canceled our request and luckily was able to convince an Uber driver to make the pickup. It was like no other payment information interaction that I’ve done on other apps. I actually ordered the food and was ready to have them deliver it but I’m getting in my car and going to go pick it up because, that was the weirdest way for you to enter your payment information. Again, I just didn’t feel comfortable giving them all my credit card information address and everything that page seemed totally sketchy. I’ll just go pick up my food lol ### 1/5 — Always the Same Generic Responses - I Demand a Refund *2024-07-18, version 1.0.23* "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. The driver's behavior is unacceptable, and we will be taking appropriate measures to address it. Additionally, we are committed to continuously improving our services and hope to provide you with a better experience in the future." You guys finally called me back a few days ago. I filed a complaint and asked the lady on the phone if I would get a refund. She said they would have to do an investigation. I told her I understood, but if the investigation proves what I'm saying, I need a refund. She didn't want to respond and told me that's another department. I asked to be transferred to that "other department," but she said she wasn't allowed to. I don't need apologies; I need the money you guys shamelessly took from me. If you want to scam people, come as you are, but don't apologize and do nothing to fix the problem. I demand a refund. I can call my bank and dispute, but why don't you save me the trouble and just give me the money your inept hiring process made me lose. ### 1/5 — Never got a driver *2024-07-10, version 1.0.22* This does not work. My delivery was never picked up and I paid for my food already so even if I wasn’t charged by Hyperflyer I was charged by the food from the restaurant. No one from customer service answered me. This does not work at all. ### 1/5 — They need to revamp this service right now its not good *2024-05-26, version 1.0.22* Its a coin toss as to if you will get your delivery or not. For me out of 8 orders I have only received three. I am trying them one last time and not going to hold my breath because they have been letting me down. Customer service is no help. When you call they tell you to give it more time and when you do the pick up order is canceled. Its not a good business model when people order from you in good faith thinking you have drivers and you do not. Its also not fair for the restaurant who prepares the order waiting for a driver who never comes. The only one that seems to be out of nothing is hyperflyer. They should confirm a driver and then have the client order the food. Otherwise all hyperflyer is doing is cheating restaurants and consumers. I highly do not recommend them. ### 1/5 — No Support, Failed Delivery *2024-04-08, version 1.0.22* I placed a simple food delivery order. Everything was going fine. Then driver went to wrong place. I called and he didn’t understand what I was asking, had the wrong food from the wrong restaurant, and asked me to come 3 miles on foot to meet him. I tried filing a claim and the support was an automated chat bot with no other contact info. Will not be using - out $40 on food. ### 1/5 — Zero accountability *2024-03-30, version 1.0.22* I placed an order 3 hours in advance and literally nothing. ? No one was assigned to my order. Nothing happened. And yes I placed the order correctly. This is a terrible app. They could at least send an email or text with an update stating that no one will be assigned or that it’s not gonna happen? Idk but waste of time ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2024-03-14, version 1.0.22* The app is not well written- there is no pre-filling of fields, and the “submit” button disappears under the on-screen keyboard. I’m on an iPhone. ### 1/5 — Overcharged and item missing. *2024-02-19, version 1.0.22* Update: HyperFlyer do not take responsibility for the delivery. It’s a third party, in my case, DoorDash Drive. I am now getting the runaround from them. Lost package, no one can get in touch with the driver. Don’t take the risk, trust me, it’s not worth it. I received an email regarding my review. They are more concerned about the overcharge rather than the missing item. USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. No support contact number, and after 2 emails to their contact email, NO REPLIES. My original review: “They over charged my card 3 times. The order was $22, and they charged over $86 via other 3 separate charges. They also confirmed my item was picked up and delivered. Item was never delivered. Customer support is nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend this service. I will update this review, once they contact me. I think it’s a scam. Placed order and waited over 2 hours. No way to contact anyone and the “support” is just an automated system with no way of actually speaking to anyone. Long story short, order never got here and wasted my time and money. Since I had already placed my order for the restaurant now I am just out 60 bucks. If you enter your CC info they will charge you a fee, then cancel your order and charge you a cancellation fee. Basically the app exists to trick you much like they tricked whoever invested in this horrid company. Reporting to app. ### 1/5 — No way to really submit a request for refund *2025-10-05, version 1.0.23* I ordered coffee once with Hyperflyer and it went great. The second time, the driver brought the wrong order. They took the coffee and said they were going to go back and get the right order. Then they marked the order as delivered. This is obviously outside the control of the Hyperflyer app but the problem is it took me forever to figure out how to submit a refund request. The form required “proof” that the order was wrong, requiring a url. I obviously didn’t have that since the driver took the wrong order with them, but the app wouldn’t let me submit the form without a url and there was no option to chat with support or a number to call. They seriously need to have better support for when things go wrong. Until then, I can’t risk throwing away my money again ### 1/5 — SCAM DO NOT USE *2025-07-01, version 1.0.23* Total scam, no driver was ever assigned and there is zero means to get ahold of support. Dont use *2025-04-14, version 1.0.23* Driver acted like he picked up my order then drove by my home and marked it as delivered. My prescription is still sitting at the pharmacy completed the order falsely. ### 1/5 — Food Stolen *2025-04-03, version 1.0.23* Food was stolen and of course restaurant is not going to refund me and there is no way to reach anyone at hyperflyer and their chat refuses to let you type in anything. STAY AWAY from this scam company. ### 1/5 — WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER *2025-03-21, version 1.0.23* I ordered my food on the canes app and when I went to get it delivered, not enough drivers. This is why traditional services like DoorDash are miles better. They are reliable and I just lost 20$. No support line either so I can’t get money back. ### 1/5 — Food Stolen - Support Service Terrible *2025-03-09, version 1.0.23* We placed an order on hyperflyer to pickup food from a restaurant that was not on DoorDash. We waited over an hour while the driver sat at the restaurant location. We tried to contact them but were unable to and HyperFlyer provided no help. We then got the notification that the order had been completed (via the site we had ordered pickup on) and then HyperFlyer said that our driver had changed. It is obvious that the driver had stolen our food. HyperFlyer did nothing to rectify the situation or provide support. When we tried to rectify the issue in their support service we were met with robots. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be using your service again. There needs to be some form of protection for users and an in-app way to contact drivers. Would give zero stars if I could. ### 1/5 — I think Hyperflyer is a SCAM! *2025-02-27, version 1.0.23* I was a 1st time user when I needed something picked up at a big box store and delivered to my house quickly! When the time for delivery came & went, I logged in and saw my order had been cancelled because there was “an issue at the store”. I wasn’t called, texted or anything so a whole afternoon was wasted. But I was still charged the fee for “attempting” to make the pick up AND they kept the tip I had placed for the driver! Ahhh heck no! They have ZERO customer service. What proof do they have that someone even attempted to pick up my order? NONE! So I called and disputed the main charge as well as the additional tip with my credit card company. Support is a robot, it’s a third party system, and the price is somewhat ridiculous just for a random in a car. Food was picked up within 10 minutes of me placing the order. Was in contact with the courier. Price was absolutely fair. I used Uber once to deliver a package to my friend, and both my friend and I had to go out to look for the driver, holding the package all the way along. The Hyperflyer experience was much better. They do pickup and delivery door-to-door, so I didn’t have to move but just sit on my couch and the driver came to me instead of I going out look for the driver. ### 5/5 — Finally got my favorite restaurant delivered *2022-08-18, version 1.0.17* My wife and I love a restaurant, but they don’t do delivery on their own. They are not on any food delivery app either. I didn’t know how I can get delivery from them, but my friend told me about this app. I called the restaurant to place a pickup order, then use this app to find a driver to go get the food and deliver to me. The app interface has been intuitively designed with minimal bugs. The platform visuals are clear and consistent, making for an enjoyable experience on the app. Plus, the idea behind Hyperflyer's venture is novel. Earn cash back from eating out, without massive service fees (as far as I can tell)?
