Estimasi ketika checkout 30 menit dari waktu antar. Ketika sudah bayar, estimasi berubah jadi 2 jam. Realitanya barang datang 5 jam dari waktu antar, itupun perlu hubungi CS dulu. Ketika barang datang pun gak langsung semua yang diantar. Saya jadi kehilangan customer karena keterlambatan ini. Minta kompensasi, cuma ditawarin piring……..

Saya pelanggan setia hypermart, pakai ini karena tidak bisa datang langsung ke store. Eh pertama kali pakai langsung begini, bakal mikir 1000x untuk pakai lagi.

Jelek banget, ini aplikasi belum ready launching kayaknya masih banyak sekali yg harus di perbaiki. Belanja onlin dari jam 9 pagi, sampai jam 2 siang pun belum ada kemajuan apa apa jelek banget!!!! Ujung ujungnya dikasih  pilihan untuk refund. Bad! Not recommend. Mending belanja langsung ke hypermartnya.
