FlexAthlete is built for runners with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and hypermobility who want to train to perform, not just cope.

Every morning, a 20-second check-in turns three simple questions into a readiness score from 0 to 100. Unlike generic recovery apps, FlexAthlete weighs joint pain more heavily and caps your score during a flare, so it never pushes you toward injury.
