Sometimes it creates headless characters, with hands and arms reversed. It also is not consistent with characters, changing the main character, occasionally. It continuously cuts the prerecorded audio. However, it works for my ministry. I hope these bugs can be fixed. ### 3/5 — Good. Could be great. *2025-07-30* This app has potential. It does pretty good at generating content and images that resemble the script you upload. However, there are times where it seems that it intentionally creates an off image to force you to use credits to generate a new image. I do videos on different ethnicities and their cultures. If it has 20 slides, all of them will be of people of a color, then 2-3 of them are not even close, but when I generate an image and include that race, it produces what I want. It should do that initially. Also, and this alone would cause me to change my rating to 5Star, there needs to be an option to upload an image and create an image from the upload. In my videos, landmarks and buildings are important. But there is no way to currently produce close representations of those images. Uploaded pictures are distorted and poor quality. Fix this and this app will be as good as it gets. ### 5/5 — Ain’t apps *2025-01-16* This app has the best generation control over the other AI apps I have used so far but for narrators needs more African-American voices. ### 4/5 — You tube Video ratio *2024-12-09* This setting needs to be fixed. I generated video for YouTube but video ratio was not adjusted to 16:9 ratio. In result I got half of the shots. Plus image format was not consistent. ### 2/5 — Annoying *2024-11-17* As another user said it would be better to have a subscription that you pay monthly instead of having credits. Everytime you make a little change it uses credit. It gets really old a because AI cannot generate perfect images that make sense most of the time. For example I wrote a kid story about a squirrel the first images that got generate were a squirrel as the main character in other slides it was a human boy? Not relatable. I think the idea is good. As it puts a lot of app features together like CapCut and Elevenlabs. To shorten time. But it needs to be refined. And more user friendly and not pay credit for every little change because when you edit a video you make a lot of adjustments and changes and nobody is going to pay hundreds of $ to do that I rather take the extra time and use free platform like capecut and elevenlabs and playground. ### 2/5 — It’s ok *2024-11-10* The images that are created for the story are all over the place. You have to burn a credit if you replace an image. I had to change one punctuation so the AI voice would read it different and it regenerated the entire script and charged me another 20 credits. It took 243 credits to do one story because of the image regeneration. You should not be charged a credit if the image is not used. There should be no credits to begin with. It should be unlimited. I’ll keep looking for something better. ### 5/5 — Credible images to rely on *2024-10-31* I was having trouble finding images on another app to portray the idea of images I had written a script, I found this app. It is so user-friendly and if I want to add my own stock photo or AI image, I have that ability and I’m extremely pleased. Yesterday i had a little over 1000 credits which normally would last me a month, i made a single photo generated video and noticed that all my credits was used up and now the app wanted me to upgrade to a higher monthly payment to continue, i barely made a payment yesterday and its already asking me for more money so i ended the subscription and will not be using this app anymore since its a ripoff. It went from a legitimate great quality app to a scam. ### 1/5 — Not understanding app *2026-06-04* I've been exploring Hypernatural and can definitely see the potential of the platform. The AI video quality looks impressive, and it seems capable of turning ideas into polished videos fairly quickly. As a new user, my biggest challenge has been learning the interface. There are a lot of buttons, features, and options available, and I'm not always sure what each one does or what order I should use them in. Because of that, I feel like I'm probably not taking full advantage of everything the platform offers yet. I would love to see more beginner-friendly tutorials, walkthrough videos, or a step-by-step getting-started guide inside the app. If those resources already exist, it would be helpful to make them easier to find for new users. Overall, Hypernatural appears to be a powerful AI video creation tool, and I'm looking forward to learning more about it. Rating: 1/5 stars ### 1/5 — I lost a lot of credit *2026-05-25* I lost a lot of credit for a glitch in the system and nobody was there to help me ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-12-15* This app took a million hours just to share one single video to YouTube, I paid for their pro plan and it’s not worth it for 34 dollars ### 1/5 — Voice and video issues *2025-08-14* It’s probably me but I uploaded my video into my photos and lost the sound and the border with all kinds of arrows and other things are all around my video. ### 1/5 — It’s disrespectful to release such app *2025-07-25* I’ve used the app for a while, even paid to test the premium features. And it’s truly disrespectful to release such app, even charge money for it. The images are often distorted and require additional credits to generate a new image. 99% of the time videos are basically moving images (zoom in / out), something which you can do Adobe Rush for free. Voice over is often unclear and distorted. App screens won’t let you go back to the previous screen, but you have to quit the app and restart it instead. The app is okay if you’re looking to create brain rot tiktok content and you don’t care about your viewers. ### 1/5 — Useless waste *2025-07-25* I took a class on how to prompt ai and this app is a huge disappointment!
