This feels highly unprofessional and unfair to restaurant owners. Hyperpure asks customers to select a delivery time slot (such as 9–10 AM, 12–1 PM, 1–3 PM, or 4–5 PM), but the delivery personnel often arrive much earlier—sometimes as early as 6 or 7 AM. They expect us to open our café outside our operating hours, and if we are unable to do so, they cancel the order without waiting or making a reasonable effort to deliver. In many cases, the delivery partner does not wait even a few minutes or properly coordinate with the customer. There is often no prior call or communication before reaching the location. When we contact customer support, they tend to support the delivery partner instead of understanding the concerns of the restaurant owner. Restaurant owners pay for this service and expect reliable, professional deliveries. Instead, we face unnecessary order cancellations, inconvenience, and financial losses due to poor coordination. Hyperpure should respect the delivery slots it provides, ensure delivery executives communicate properly, and train customer support to resolve issues fairly rather than placing the entire burden on restaurant owners. Unfortunately, my experience with Hyperpure has been extremely disappointing. This month alone, I have faced delivery issues three times. The app doesn’t work properly, and when something goes wrong, it’s nearly impossible to contact a support agent. Instead of resolving the issue, orders keep getting delayed and rescheduled. The most frustrating part was receiving a call from the delivery agent at 10:00 PM asking about the delivery. Am I supposed to accept an order that late? This is completely unacceptable for a business that depends on timely deliveries. Reliability and customer support seem to have deteriorated significantly. I expected much better from Zomato and Hyperpure. If these issues continue, I will have no choice but to switch to another supplier. Every single week it’s a new issue — delayed transport, missing items, last-minute cancellations, damaged packaging, poor quality produce, inconsistent stock availability, random rate changes, and zero accountability. The biggest problem? Support. Raised complaints countless times and nothing ever gets resolved properly. Same issues keep repeating with no improvement. Running a business becomes stressful when your supplier is this unreliable. If you depend on consistency, quality, and proper service, I genuinely wouldn’t recommend Hyperpure. For instance, when I select the 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. slot, they deliver at 2 p.m. or even 1 p.m. If I adjust the slot to 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., they still deliver at 12 or 1 p.m. And when I pick 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., they arrive as early as 7 a.m. This is extremely inconvenient, and I can’t rely on it. Moreover, whenever I speak to the staff—whether it is the delivery rider or customer support—they respond in a very rude manner. There is no courtesy in their conversation; they simply say that the order is canceled without any explanation. Additionally, even customer service does not provide a satisfactory response.
