It helps me do what I need to do. I have Myelopathy (SCI) balance issues, drop foot, unsteady gait etc..It helps with all of my problems. I can use it without an aid. My only complaint is that it overheats. App has been updated and I use the overheat protection. My password can’t be accepted. Chat did not work - no reply. Trying to reset my Hypershell through the app via settings but it’s not there. Googled a solution as well - no help. My brother bought me this device and was very sceptical at first. I cannot believe how well it helps me walk by lifting my one leg! I have not been able to walk in years and now I can and especially uphill!! I drag my feet and I am more prone to trip on anything. I wasn’t sure if the Hypershell would help me and in my first try I was very pleased with the ease it is helping with my walking abilities…. I feel like I’m on a cloud… legs are so light. Going up stairs or hills is so fun, I can now enjoy taking walks. It’s also making it easier to doing chores around the house. Very easy to setup and link to my phone via Bluetooth. Would be great if… you could customize 5 or so settings and save them on the app. If the adjustments in the motion engine had elaborate descriptions of how they affect different scenarios and also recommend settings for different scenarios, as well as decribe what other settings should be adjusted in accordance with that( sort of like a race car simulation game ). Make the app usable from the Lock Screen of your device , or better yet … sell a cheap smart watch to use the app from . I love the product so far and see a good use for it for me in the future. The tech support service has been excellent. They get back to me in a timely manner although I know they’re very very busy. I’m looking forward to many many more years of using this product and will recommend it highly to others who are thinking about purchasing an exoskeleton. I know of two people right now who could use one and I’m going to let them borrow mine to see what it can do for them. This is a great product for work or recreation.
