## What is Hypertension Journal AI?

Hypertension Journal AI is the home blood pressure log built for the conversation you are about to have with your cardiologist. Log readings twice a day, watch your AM and PM averages diverge, and export a one page PDF the doctor can actually use.

IMPORTANT

This app does not measure your blood pressure. Use a validated cuff (Walgreens, Omron, Withings, A&D, or any FDA listed home monitor) and enter the readings here. The app structures the data the way the 2017 ACC and AHA guideline recommends: morning and evening averages tracked separately, with medication context.

WHY IT EXISTS

If you were recently told to monitor at home and bring the numbers to your follow up, this is the tool that turns three months of cuff readings into a sheet the doctor can scan in ten seconds.

WHAT IS INSIDE

  Manual entry of systolic, diastolic, pulse, and time of day
  Separate AM and PM rolling averages (clinically distinct)
  Medication timeline. Note dosage changes and see them as markers on the trend chart
  Doctor visit PDF with AM average, PM average, ninety day chart, and the disclaimer your cardiologist expects

  HealthKit read only support for Apple Watch Series 11 hypertension notifications. We never write to your health record.
