The g10 machine so far is great but we have found the app difficult to use. The connection is a bit glitchy and can take multiple attempts to connect. Once connected it operates well; however seeing the app has not been updated for a while it could be time to push some bug fixes out as I believe some of your clients may not be as patient as we have been over the last few days.
