I have an account set up already. Bummer to download the app and it says my user ID and password don’t work. I was hoping to have access on my phone. (Isn’t that the point of the mobile app?

Mobile app does not work. Contacted support several times with no response. Did an online chat and was only advised to just not use the app since it didn’t work and it really doesn’t do anything anyway. That is what I was told by the rep. Poor customer service.
