I placed an order on February 2nd and I still haven't received my order as of today, February 16th. Why haven't I received my courier yet? Just made a call and was told that the PINCODE had been changed and I still haven't received my courier. If the service remains like this, how can anyone buy your product? Despite sending you so many emails, I haven't received any response yet. They don’t respond only the bot play with us. They are doing fraud for that reason. No one is contacting us or telling us what is happening. Will my order will get delivered or not my money also got debited twice, but no order is received till now, and I can’t see my order even and I have ordered from Hyphen app, not even from website and this things are happening didn’t thought that Kriti Sanon app will be doing fraud with us ### 1/5 — Honest review *2026-05-12* 1 star only because I can’t give 0. Hyphen has the most pathetic customer service I’ve ever experienced. They cancelled my order themselves, took my money, and then completely ignored me when I asked for a refund. No updates, no proper replies, nothing. It honestly feels like they only care about taking customers’ money and disappearing afterwards. I contacted support multiple times and got treated like my issue didn’t matter at all. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible company. Please think twice before ordering from them unless you want your money stuck and your messages ignored for days. Worst experience ever. I placed order for serum and moisturising cream, payed through Paytm amount got deducted, it didn’t get success status even after waiting and placed delivery on cod. I was surprised how they are going to deliver as I have not entered the address. Somehow website too the right address. How can it take just by phone number? Wrong delivery partner and tracking details were shared every time, and they keep blaming the courier partner. The shared tracking link always shows an incorrect AWB number. AI bot and readymade fancy lines simply keeps delaying without resolving the issue. Chat support and WhatsApp support are equally unhelpful, and there is no proper way to het assistance. During issues, no one attends or responds properly, which makes the experience worse. I have been stuck with the same order and payment-related issue for the past two days and no one helped me despite multiple attempts Today on of the executives who assisted me in the evening was genuinely helpful, and I appreciate that... I usually don’t post any reviews on App store but I’m really impressed with their products line, so have to write this review. Use it to believe it. Not a drastic change in ur skin texture you will notice but yes it helps to keep ur skin hydrated, tan free & youthful. I had never used a serum or any products that had active ingredients and my skincare routine was very minimal + wasn’t that consistent as well. But since the day I got my hands on Hyphen I have been consistent to my surprise. I had purchased their combo pack that included moisturizer, cleanser, serum and sunscreen. And I really love the results! so I decided to explore their new category. I am counting on for the products to turn out well! Honestly, I shall say their products are up to the mark, and you definitely do see results in max four weeks. Your skin looks healthy, little plum when you apply and vibrant with the regular use of their serum, especially the basic one. And of course their sunscreen is top notch, anyone looking for a product that would actually show results.
