one star is too high for these developers. i pay subscription and the functions are broken, for example the erasing tool hasn’t worked for months, MONTHS. am i paying to just look at the app icon on my phone? fix your little inept developing team and stop throwing out error messages in bloody mandarin you useless people

I made the purchase of pro subscription and it never worked and keeps aggressively popping up to pay for subscription when apple shows I already made the purchase i closed the app restarted it deleted it re downloaded and made sure it was up to date reached out to their support and they’re giving me the run around!! i have been using the filters for this app and effects for editing my photos for years and suddenly they made every single filter and effect and basically every alteration to a photo behind a monthly subscription. Don’t download this app anymore it’s useless

I am so sad to see that AI has almost fully taken over the filter templates. I want to change the filter, lighting, colors, NOT generate a new image with AI! My favorite free templates were also removed from the favorites tab. A lot of the templates include Pro features without telling you until you want to export. So devastating.

I’ve loved this app for years, and used it constantly. But I can’t afford to pay for a subscription, and now almost every feature is paywalled. It’s absolutely useless. It used to be just a few features, but now all the templates and a lot of other features are blocked. It’s really sad because this app used to be the best, but they’ve ruined themselves, $10 a month for photo editing is insane for the average person.
