Tout d’abord, lorsqu’on fait une erreur pendant un exercice, l’application indique simplement que la réponse est incorrecte… sans jamais donner la bonne réponse ! Résultat : on reste bloqué, obligé de recommencer encore et encore sans comprendre pourquoi c’est faux. Impossible de progresser dans ces conditions. Autre point gênant : certains exercices visuels, comme celui sur les pays, vous donnent un mot dans la langue étrangère et vous demandent de l’associer au bon drapeau… sans aucun indice dans votre langue natale. Autrement dit, il faut connaître tous les drapeaux d’Europe sur le bout des doigts, sinon c’est l’échec assuré. Pire encore : l’application contient de nombreuses erreurs linguistiques. Apprenant l’italien, ma langue paternelle, je suis choqué par le nombre de fautes que je dois moi-même corriger avant de pouvoir avancer. C’est inacceptable, surtout pour une application payante. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, aucune évaluation de niveau n’est proposée au départ : on se lance sans savoir si les exercices seront adaptés ou non. Après avoir contacté le support, on me demande même de signaler toutes les erreurs… alors que je paie un abonnement pour apprendre, pas pour corriger leur travail ! En résumé, malgré une idée innovante, cette application souffre de trop de problèmes de fond. Manque de pédagogie, erreurs multiples, contenu mal calibré… Je la déconseille vivement en l’état. **Developer response:** Merci pour vos retours. Les images de vocabulaire ont désormais une fonction de traduction dans la langue de l'interface pour contourner la complexité de certaines images. Concernant les coquilles dans les cours, sachez qu'ils sont réalisés par des professeurs certifiés et humains (donc qui font des erreurs), mais qu'ils sont néanmoins corrigés plusieurs fois dans le processus qualité. ### 2/5 — Needs Work *2025-02-12, version 1.4.9* Great idea but it needs to be thought out better. The listening experience is ok. The vocabulary exercises are passable. But the grammar and conjugation exercises are beyond me. How can you answer questions that you haven’t learned the answer to in the previous exercises? It would also be nice to be able to choose the topics you want to learn, rather than be guided through a pre-set route which you cannot divert from. I had my reservations when initially signing up and the prices not matching up with the option selected. I was right to be sceptical. ### 2/5 — Pricing is way too much *2024-07-08* Maybe instead grab sponsorships through different languages’ childrens book to publish through your site to promote their book but youd have to buy those books. You could still roam freely learning what you had before but instead theres certain books you can buy or other items like it. The reason i say childrens books is because thats one of the main ways of learning a language. I can tell yall are trying to make money for your workers so im going to put 2 stars and if it gets updated, Ill update my review. ### 1/5 — i had to pay to be able to start *2024-04-27* i made an account and was ready to start learning italian but then it said i had to pick a pack and pay for it. Parce que dans vos pub vous dite « oui personne veut apprendre, personne ne se donne le moyen, ou alors il stresse alors je recommande notre appli » d’accord d’accord c’est bien beau de dire ses phrases, mais si la meuf ou le mec peut pas payer, c’est pas pratique, parce que moi sa va faire plein de mois je cherche une appli pour apprendre des langues, mais faut payer ! Alors quand j’ai vue votre pub je me suis dit, « je pense que c’est pas payant etc » et bah si ! ONLY GETTING FRENCH. ### 1/5 — Expensive and impossible to cancel - do not join! *2024-08-04* Advertised a free trial, but immediately begins charging you a monthly fee without trial. I opened the app, realized it didn’t have the language I wanted, and cancelled it - and have now been being charged for more than one year! Even if you wanted to use it, the app is insanely buggy. There’s no way to contact customer service, and adjusting your subscription or billing takes an act of God. Try the web interface, and it constantly reverts back to instructions in the French language. All of the links to speak to an associate, cancel your account, etc. will 404. I haven’t been able to use it for a single lesson - not once! But have continuously been billed 20€ for an entire year. Oh, and on top of a 20€/mo for something you can’t use, they’ll also charge around 50€ extra for features they promise in their ads, like AI conversations and specific language goals. Le cours d’hypnose est proposé avec des voix différentes et aussi pour les enfants. Il y a aussi des séances qui sont très utiles pour le quotidien, plus de développement personnel.
