The “Skip Intros” option on the playlists is great in theory but it’s not working for my playlists. I used Uncommon Knowledge’s hypnotherapy for hot flashes and I feel like a new woman. I still get hot flashes occasionally but my body shuts them down as soon as they begin. They don’t bother me anymore. Since then I have purchased other sessions. I have been able to completely change my sleep patterns with this app. It is absolutely excellent and Roger Elliot’s beautiful Scottish accent is so lovely to drift off to sleep with. I also like the Anti Aging pack and The Healing Power of Hypnosis and use several other sessions to help. I also use it if I feel I need some deep relaxation or rest. I am convinced that it helps and the list of sessions designed to deal with all sorts of life events and problems is impressive and is certainly my first port of call if I need support! Couple of little niggles.. A Skip Intro button would be useful for sessions I use frequently. It’s a bit of a faff fast forwarding to the beginning of the deep hypnosis, especially in the middle of the night.. It would be great too if the micro snatches of music/voice at the end of some sessions could be edited out. Otherwise it’s a great app and I wholeheartedly recommend it. I send gratitude to Roger and Mark and the team on a regular basis!! ### 4/5 — Excellent app and tracks *2024-06-20, version 2.5.89* I have loads of the hypnosis downloads tracks, I find them excellent , they help me to get to sleep and to go back to sleep when I wake up at night, but listen to a whole range of them. I recommend them to many people because they are great, but also all the therapists are properly qualified, which is important. The panic prevention one really gets rid of panic attacks. Two improvements I would really really like, is to be able to download these Tracks onto my kindle- I just can’t seem to do it, which would be so helpful. Also as the last person says, I would really like a marker so you could start the audio after the intro- particularly as some intros are a bit alarming on health matters . The initial one I purchased didn’t help that night, but their customer service was excellent and they allowed me to get a refund and buy a different one - worked perfectly! They have an excellent tool that allows you to figure out what program you really need and find the one that may help you most. For the first time in over 20 years, I am sleeping soundly a full 8 hours regularly. I can’t speak positively enough about an app that literally changed my life for the better. I have also found another audio that has helped me greatly with being patient with others.
