I’ve reached out via the app three times and I still haven’t heard from anybody. 
I upgraded and subscribed for 3 months. The first two days everything worked, when I tried to use it again most of the audio was locked again. I tried restoring my purchase to no avail and got charged a second time but still couldn’t get full access to the service.

This app has helped me so much, I see changes in my life. When I need to improve my weaknesses I use it every night when I go to bed and it’s amazing to see the results.
