This app is life changing! I delivered my son naturally, in a hospital, insisting on no needles so I could walk freely around my room. This app along with hypnobirthing classes provided me - 100% - with the trust and self confidence I wanted/needed to have a FEARLESS labor. Diana Tibble has the most soothing and comforting tone of voice and her guided meditation is encouraging and motivating...priceless!!!
