本当に理解できない。なんでわざわざ客に一番迷惑をかけて、しかも偉そうにしているチケプラと提携する必要があるんだ？電子チケットに問題が起きても、カスタマーサポートは完全に消えて一切返信なし。高い金を払ってチケットを買ったのに、問題があれば本来受けられるはずのサービスは受けられず、逆に見下されるような態度まで我慢しなきゃいけない。カスタマーサポートごときが何をそんなに偉そうにしているんだ？舞台が好きな人間はみんなこうやって不当な扱いを受けるのが当たり前だとでも思ってるのか？

Webの方で入会し、カード決済も完了しました。しかしアプリでログインしようとしたらページが開けなくて何度やっても新規入会の紹介文しか表示せず。試しにアプリの方でWeb同様、新規入会登録の手続きをしてみれば「既に入会済みです」の文字。ですがマイページは未だ真っ白のまま....。何か私のやり方がおかしかったのでしょうか....???教えて下さると嬉しいです💦

もしかしてチケプラのIDパスワードなのかと思いいれてみたら入れた。 
正直、意味がよくわからない。 何故HYPSTERのIDパスワードでは入れないの？

mixaliveTOKYOで行われる予定だったイベントが残念ながら1部中止になってしまいましたが、対応も分かりやすく早かったので非常に助かりました。
