Please seek a better app. Aside from purchasing credits and the amount of technical difficulties associated with this app, I assure you that you don’t need to add to your anxiety by using it. It’s AI Generated sessions which could probably be created by any other AI service. The only thing that may be an advantage is the music which you can easily find on YouTube. Find a better app, this one is terrible.

Hypnothera is a great app for self hypnosis that really works in helping overcome various personal challenges. It’s well made and the UI is really easy to use. I would definetly keep using this app!
