So I just got the app and I messed around with the colors and the speed until I got to this light blue and white combo and super slow speed then I got comfortable on my bed and started using it. I SAT THERE FOR 8 HOURS! I was mesmerized by the color scheme I picked and for the first hour I just sat there and watched it, kinda getting bored. As soon as I got to hour 2, I just fell asleep. And when I say asleep, I mean conked out, drooling, snoring (which I’ve never done) and rolling (which I do a LOT as I sleep.) while dreaming about… don’t judge me but I was dreaming about… Turning into Kirby and marrying him🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲 Anyway, you need to get this now! It helped me a lot and im sure it’ll help you too! Have a good day🧝🏽‍♀️☺️👋

When I first saw the app I was a bit nervous to used it since i didn’t know if it will work but i decided to trust it anyway so i downloaded the app and as soon as i saw the spiral i was already staring at it i would skip the ads and just kept looking at it i literally stayed in the trance for like i couldn’t tell for how long i couldn’t even blink or move I definitely would recommend it to someone if your feeling stressed or anxious im probably gonna try this on a ex crush and see what happens
