No error message given at all. I follow the instructions for iOS installation, and the installed app system information states is an Android software. The app has the Android looks and GUI. It is virtually impossible to use with the ridiculous latency. There are no user instructions on how to use the app. Only app installation instructions available. I open the authentication app, copy the code, and then when I open this app on a cellular 5G UW connection, it shows the spinning login wheel, and then shuts down. I tried even force quitting by swiping the app away, but when I reopen it, It repeats the automatic shut down. It seems to work on WiFi, but why not a 5G uw connection? But there are no other options so not much to do besides continue using the application, complain about it, and probably see no action from the developers because they’ll continue to be awarded fat military contracts to which they will continue to under deliverer on. ### 1/5 — Good when it works *2024-02-29* This app is great but it frequently will not work. Easy to install, as long as you are on a cell or wifi network it works very close to native phone app experience. Highly recommend. ### 4/5 — It’s about time! *2024-02-03* This App works great for what I intended to use it for, severing my need for a government issued device and allowing email, teams, DTS, and access to Mil CAC required sites while on the go (iPhone user) without suspect jailbreaking or the need of a physical CAC reader. I expected less when this was initially presented but it has delivered on my initial ask and more. I never intended nor did I think this would be or be a complete replacement to a PC (using on iPhone). It has and continues to serve me well after a 15 or so year break in personal mobile access from the Army. My only negative at this time would be the slight latency issue of the VM. This was greatly improved by adjusting the DPI in settings but you are sacrificing speed for clarity. Not a deal breaker at all and it does not keep me from knocking out short notice items or plugging away while en route on TDYs without having to breakout, or even bring, my gov or personal laptop. ### 4/5 — Zoomed mode interface problems *2023-12-13* Setting iOS Display Mode to Larger Text causes the connect button to appear on top of the blank for pasting the OTP. Tapping the connect button throws an error but then it moves out of the way and all works ### 3/5 — Great the 50% of the time it works *2024-08-23* This app and the whole BYOD AVD initiative are long overdue. While it’s relatively new I give it grace for how clunky the UI is as the movements are not smooth and often lag. Biggest complaint is that it’s a 50/50 that you can connect and stay on Hypori virtual workspace. It has erratic performance and crashes randomly and occasionally I’ll get stuck in a cycle of authenticate, validate, starting virtual workspace and it just keeps cycling between the 3. ### 3/5 — Will not log on! *2023-07-30* Ever since the last update the app will not let me log on. It keeps giving me a red message stating: “Powering-on in progress for hypori device.” It states my device (14 pro) and OS version (which is 16.6). Then it states: “Class where Error Occurred is: - ConnectingViewController” ### 3/5 — New update issue *2023-07-22* With the update the app crashes every time you initially put the code in. This did not do that before your update. ### 2/5 — Never works *2024-12-02* I used to like this app and the accessibility it granted but ever since they’ve done updates, it’s never working anymore.
