I love that every workout is 30mins so I can do them quickly but I still feel amazing results! The app interface is good and beautifully designed too.

AJ has cracked the code in breathwork + fitness to see incredible results fast not only physically but her breathography helps on many other levels a big one being stress management/our capacity to manage difficult things. She delivers awesome works outs that you’d need to spend hours in the gym to equate. Thank you AJ for giving us this awesome method!
