### 2/5 — Tediously slow to unlock

Weak sauce. This app is incredibly laggy more often than not. I’m on my corporate WiFi on both my phone and laptop and yet the progress wheel spins for the better part of a minute. Often it just gives up and I have to use the offline PIN mode.

I’ve been trying to log in since I got a new phone and it doesn’t let me do anything on the app at all. All it keeps saying is it can’t find registered account and it’s so frustrating.

would be better if I didn’t consistently get a message that the “server rejected seamless sign-on” and then have to wait 60 seconds to try something else. To be fair, the fault could lie partially with my employer, but regardless, the process should be seamless to the end user and it is not.

Won’t allow me to log into Workday. There’s no options on the app to reset anything. I’ve uninstalled multiple times and it still doesn’t allow me to log in. The error message says 
“Unable to find profile.
Could not find profile. Please ensure you are registered to the correct web account.”
Please fix this!

When I need to access my employee info outside of my organization as it is allowed the QR code never authenticates and constantly tells me to retry scanning but nothing ever happens because my company disabled QR code scan.

I first thought a recent update for HYPR caused WorkDay not to authenticate. But it turns out my HYPR profile had to be reset by my employer’s tech support. After that, no issues with HYPR!!

I got a new phone so I was signed out of everything. Hypr won’t sign me back into my work’s app so now I’m not able to see my time at home. I’ve done everything to help and all my information is correct but it’s not working & it’s frustrating. Saying i need to make sure I’m registered to the right account 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄
