This app is incredibly laggy more often than not. I’m on my corporate WiFi on both my phone and laptop and yet the progress wheel spins for the better part of a minute. Often it just gives up and I have to use the offline PIN mode. ### 3/5 — Great when it works but *2025-05-09* would be better if I didn’t consistently get a message that the “server rejected seamless sign-on” and then have to wait 60 seconds to try something else. To be fair, the fault could lie partially with my employer, but regardless, the process should be seamless to the end user and it is not. ### 4/5 — Tech support reset HYPR… No longer fails to load *2024-12-23, version 9.7.0* I first thought a recent update for HYPR caused WorkDay not to authenticate. But it turns out my HYPR profile had to be reset by my employer’s tech support. I unenrolled myself and tried to reenroll but it always crashes after. All it keeps saying is it can’t find registered account and it’s so frustrating. ### 1/5 — QR code Function *2025-04-05, version 10.1.0* I can never use the QR code function to login from home network! ### 1/5 — I’ve been trying to log in for MONTHS *2025-02-20* Won’t allow me to log into Workday. There’s no options on the app to reset anything. I’ve uninstalled multiple times and it still doesn’t allow me to log in. The error message says “Unable to find profile. Could not find profile. I use it to log into my laptop — just hit a button and look at my phone for the biometric part.
