Can’t log in to access my purchases.  Get an error message, for my email address, that the url does not exist!

It worked once and then the next time it wouldn’t recognize the file format of the download, so you have to remove the app and download it again.  A shame to have such a lousy app to use hypnosis downloads that are quite good.

**Developer response:** It would be nice if you would have simply emailed us for support.

This is a free app.  His many other hypnosis websites offer a complimentary way of downloading your apps to your iPhone to help people who don’t understand how to work iTunes ?

Silly us for trying to make it convenient for you !

It starts to open when I tap the icon on my phone then immediately closes.

**Developer response:** Hi Mgitt!  Sorry the app wont open.  A couple things to note.  The app is for customers of Hyptalk.com to play downloads they have already purchased, so if you have no purchases, you may not be able to open the open.

The most likely issue however is that you already had the version 1.0 on your phone and not our latest version, 1.1 which does not get the update automatically.  

Best to delete the app, then reinstall it.  Works like a charm.

Finally, it would be great if you would contact our fabulous customer support before leaving 1-star reviews for us so we can actually help you sort out the issue.

Please consider changing your review because this will definitely solve your issue.  I promise!  ~Victoria

Only some downloads will play. Most error with 'file format not supported' which is odd since all files are the same format, .mp3

**Developer response:** Hi Scookstimo ... I realize this was a couple of years ago, however we have since fixed the app and it works just great now.  Please give it another try.  Delete the old app and download the new one.

I really enjoy Victoria's hypnosis... And have a bunch of her stuff. However, when I download it through the app it comes in MP3 format which the app's player doesn't support, lol.

Why allow the downloads than!? 

Seems like an oversight that needs remedying.

Yes, you're right!  It was awful.  It's been fixed now.  Wont you please try it again?  Delete the old app and re-download the update!

A bit unexplainable but as listening to goal achievement ideas and actions just came and I lost 100lbs no effort started an international company I had no thought previously of doing and the list goes on
