原本使用多年都沒問題，但近期更新為AI找書後產生以下問題。
1. 用正確的書名搜尋，那本書不會出現在第一順位，而是跑到十幾名以外，前面幾個順位只是類型相同的書。
2. 點下想借的書，但畫面一直跑不出來，根本無法借書，請盡快幫忙修正，謝謝。

I bought some books and make remark on the books. Those books I have not yet highlighted or have less remark which can be still opened. However, those book I almost finished and have remarks I cannot open at all. No matter how long I wait, I synchronise, open the Apps again. And I tried to download the PDF version of the same book (Which have remarks on Ebook but cannot be opened) , then the new PDF cannot open and read. However, it is just like a new file and there are no my remarks at all. How can I open the books I have made remarks. It happened to books have remarks. The books without remarks can be opened. It means it is not the problem of my internet or loading. Please let me know how can I get them back. Thank you.

今早更新到3.4.0之後APP畫面完全打不開，書店進不去，之前存的清單不見、圖書館那頁甚至叫我去新增一間圖書館…會員資料也完全看不到⋯是怎麼回事！？？？超後悔的

這app常常已經下載的書打開後不能看～圖片變成問號,請問這樣下載的意義是?

6月最新的更新，一團混亂！把我所有正在借的書全消失了，連預約的書都不見了！拜託快救一下！這實在太糟了，我只好收回所有的星。

HyRead從兩年前用到現在，是越改越好用，也較少當機了。
目前有看到幾個問題，希望HyRead改進，也提醒書商改進：
1. 用iPad閱讀時，希望iPad上方的時間日期與電池那行，與下方黑行可消失。Amazon Kindle在iPad上閱讀沒這問題，但HyRead有，就感覺有點干擾。
2. 有時在搜尋書籍時，若要暫時跳到別的app（比如去接訊息），回來時頁面就跑掉了，又要重新搜尋一次。
3. 國立公共資訊圖書館很多書是jepg檔，特別是食譜，很多是早年影像系數，字很模糊不清，目錄頁採用舊式方框轉頁，非常粗糙的處理，希望能建議該館提升書籍轉檔方式與影像系數。
4. 有些食譜書（其他一些書也是，但文字書問題較不大），編輯實在亂七八糟，照片有時跳一頁跳兩頁，照片有時放食譜前方，有時放後方，同一本書都前後不一，編輯沒固定化。用在紙本食譜是沒問題，但現在書籍電子化，往往要猜半天那張照片是哪個菜色，造成閱讀困難。希望貴公司能向出版商反應，盡可能考慮未來書籍電子化的可讀性。謝謝。

被強制登出了卻還顯示登入狀態。被圖書館登出時，介面應該就要顯示登出，而不是悄悄被登出，導致已入庫但書櫃的書沒顯示出來，以致於沒點開閱讀，被圖書館懲罰一個月不得借書！

非常喜歡所有圖書館都能在 HyRead 上找到，也使用好幾年了。但自從某次改版後，圖書館帳號就會過一段時間被登出，我的使用情況是大概每隔一陣子（一兩個月）打開 app，找到書要借閱時，跳出需要重新登入，還要再跳轉到圖書館帳號的頁面登入，再回去搜尋剛才的書，非常不方便！！我理解登入後 token 會過期被登出，但重新登入的流程能不能改善呢，例如直接在書本介紹的頁面彈出重新登入的畫面，不然使用體驗真的很麻煩QQ。謝謝開發團隊，新版的介面功能也真的比舊版好用，如果帳號過期重新登入這個問題能修正就完美了！
