## What is Hyrview?

Screen candidates without scheduling a single call. Hyrview replaces first-round interviews with short recorded video answers you can review whenever it suits you.

For companies: post a role, write your own interview questions, set a time limit per answer and a deadline for applications. Invite candidates with a shareable link or by email, and let automatic reminders handle the follow-up.

Every submission lands in one inbox. Watch answers back to back, compare candidates fairly on the same questions, then shortlist or reject with a tap. Team accounts let multiple recruiters review the same pipeline together, so hiring decisions happen faster.

For job seekers: browse the public opportunity board, apply to open roles, and record your answers straight from your phone. Preview and retake until you are happy with each response, and track your progress as you go.

• Sign in with your mobile number: get a code by SMS — no email needed.

• Lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID: enable it from Settings, required on every return to the app, with your device passcode as an automatic fallback.

• Autosave for reviewer notes while evaluating a candidate: your draft survives navigating between candidates or closing the screen.

• Export the applicants list and each candidate's details as a printable, shareable PDF.

• New chart in the statistics screen showing shortlist and rejection rates over time.

Recordings are private by default, and sending is now safer.

The first time a team member opens a candidate's recordings, the app asks for a one-time code emailed to them, so a shared device or an unattended session cannot reach candidate videos. Owners can switch off share links, and a privacy panel shows exactly what a link reveals. Comment threads can be closed, making a shared review link read-only.

Candidates confirm their email with a code the first time they send answers, and the submission resumes on its own once confirmed.

Sending answers now shows real upload progress per question instead of a blank wait.

A new Submissions tab keeps every application in one place, with filters for awaiting a decision and decided.

A profile card on Discover points out what is still missing from your CV before you apply.

Settings now lists every device signed in to your account, marks the one you are using, and lets you sign the others out.

Plus reliability fixes across the review inbox.
