## What is Hyse?

Hyse brings nutrition, training and your daily routine together in one clear app — for iPhone and Apple Watch.

YOUR DAILY OVERVIEW

Keep calories, macros, meals and personal goals in one place. Hyse shows what you have already achieved and what is left for your day.

TRACK FOOD YOUR WAY

• Search foods in your catalog
• Scan barcodes directly with your camera
• Analyze foods by text
• Save your own foods and recipes
• Track meals, water and serving sizes
• Choose between fixed and dynamic calorie targets

TRAINING THAT GROWS WITH YOU

• Start empty workouts or use routines
• Log weights, reps and sets
• Adjust rest periods, supersets and exercises

• Explore your workout history with clear statistics

APPLE HEALTH AND APPLE WATCH

Connect Hyse to Apple Health whenever you choose. Depending on your permissions, weight, steps, energy and water can become part of your overview.

With Apple Watch, you can add quick nutrition entries, follow active workouts, edit sets and keep your training metrics on your wrist.

YOUR GYM. YOUR COMMUNITY.

Find your gym community, share completed workouts and stay motivated with friends. Posts, reactions and comments help you keep going together.

PRIVATE AND FLEXIBLE

Hyse works locally as a guest. An account is optional and lets you sync selected data across your devices. You decide which Apple Health permissions you grant.

Hyse is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.10 — 2026-10-21

- More flexible cut and bulk planning: Choose a date, a target weight, or both. If you choose both, the phase starts when the first condition is met.
- Set macro targets in advance: Use percentages, fixed gram amounts, or a mix—for example, 180 g protein, 30 g fat, and the remaining calories from carbs. Your current targets stay active until the phase starts.
- Start a dynamic cut with current measurements: Hyse asks for your body fat percentage and lets you confirm or correct your weight when the phase begins.
- Clearer weekly chart: Its legend now distinguishes days at or below the calorie goal from days above it. VoiceOver announces the distinction too.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-10-19

Plan a cut or bulk to start at a chosen time or weight, with a fixed or dynamic calorie target.
Food text recognition handles lists with inconsistent commas more reliably.
Turn “Unilateral” on or off for each exercise from its three-dot menu during an active workout.
Unilateral sets contribute half as much as regular sets to the workout progress bar.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-10-18

This update improves Apple Health integration and your workout experience:
• With your permission, vitamins and minerals from your food diary can now sync to Apple Health, including existing entries.
• Moving exercises to the top of routines and active workouts is now easier.
• Updated routine notes are respected when starting your next workout. Long notes are now shown in full in the routine editor.
• Improved saving of completed workouts helps keep them in your history after restarting the app.
• The three-month weight chart is now easier to read.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-10-15

- All features are free: Nutrition and training features no longer require a Premium purchase.
- Nutrition: Micronutrients can be added automatically, including to foods you logged earlier. Food search ranks more relevant matches first and includes additional Döner, Subway and McDonald’s items.
- Recipes: Cleaner, smaller cards and clearer filters. You can share recipes with a photo and link, then save a copy from the link in the app.
- Training: You can share routines with a photo and link, and recipients can save a copy. Routine editing, progress charts and previous set values have been improved.
- Everyday use: An improved weekly overview, more widgets and fixes for active workouts.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-10-10

• Micronutrients for Nutrition Premium: View vitamins and minerals, add values manually, and see daily totals. Available values can be loaded from Open Food Facts or estimated with Apple Intelligence on supported iPhones.
• More ways to set your goals: Choose a fixed calorie deficit, set flexible macro goals with fixed gram amounts, and preview percentage goals in grams. You can now edit scheduled daily foods.
• A clearer weekly overview shows calories eaten, daily goals, protein progress, and completed workouts.
• Workout improvements: Check off sets faster, see personal records more clearly, reorder exercises more easily, and reopen an active workout from your routines. Rest timer notifications can alert you when a break ends, even while your iPhone is locked.
• Mark exercises as unilateral and optionally count their sets as half sets in training statistics. Monthly reports, charts, and public training profiles have also been expanded.
• New Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for remaining calories, macros, water, and your training week.
• Reset a forgotten passcode after confirming your identity with Face ID, Touch ID, or your iPhone passcode.
• Improvements to food entry and saving, workout displays, and other parts of the app.
