### 1/5 — แอปนี้มีปัญหาหมุนหน้าจอเป็นแนวนอนไม่ค่อยได้

ทางแอปบอกว่าต้องรออัพเดตแต่ยังไม่รู้ว่าจะอัพเดตให้ได้เมื่อไหร่ -> การ support แย่ อุส่าบอกว่าแอปมีข้อเสียอะไรยังไม่รีบปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นอีก ไม่โอเคค่ะ

ซื้อเหรียญและหนังสือผ่านเว็บแล้ว แต่ไม่ขึ้นบนแอพให้อ่าน พอคลิกจะอ่านผ่านเว็บ ก็เด้งมาในแอพ แต่ในแอพไม่มีแสดงให้อ่านไง จะติดต่อคอลเซ็นเตอร์ก็หยุดเสาร์อาทิตย์อีก จะต้องรอไปอีก

แต่น่าจะมีหมวดหมู่ให้กรองเยอะกว่านี้ อย่างในหมวดการ์ตูนน่าจะมีหมวดแยก ไซไฟ คอมเมดี้ ยูริ ยาโอย อะไรแบบนี้น่ะค่ะ แอพคลีนดี สบายตา มินิมอลดีค่ะ ไว้ลองใช้เยอะกว่านี้จะมารีวิวอีกนะ ตอนนี้ยังไม่เจอบัค

I bought 3 books, and I found one ePub can’t read on my iPhone. So I switch to a browser on my Mac but it turns out I can’t read any books on any browsers ( safari and chrome ). 
Then I reach out to the customer service via fb and they reply me quite fast and help me solve the iPhone problem ( now I’m waiting for them to solve my browser problem too )

Anyway I’d say the application itself might not be the best but they have a very good customer Survice team so I’m pretty sure they could be better :-) 
I’ll give 5 stars later if I feel the app is improved 

Worth to try !! A book price is cheaper than a cup of Starbucks coffee anyway
