Please order your protein from official websites of the store. I usually order from the official website but this time i tried hyuga and that was my mistake. They delivered fake product i also have the remaining box that’s why i compared both easily. Huge disappointment. ### 1/5 — Dangerous, Irresponsible & Unacceptable *2025-12-19, version 18.2.0* HyugaLife is NOT reliable or trustworthy when it comes to health supplements. I ordered a well-known, premium brand supplement (Avvatar Whey Isorich), and what I received inside the sealed jar was NOT protein at all — it looked like plain flour. This is not a small issue, this is serious negligence and a potential health risk. Instead of taking responsibility, HyugaLife’s support team refused return or replacement, hid behind excuses like “authentication codes” and redirected me to chat with a nutritionist — as if that solves the problem. This is a classic tactic to avoid accountability. When a platform claims to sell “100% genuine products,” this kind of experience completely exposes the truth. Selling suspicious products and then denying proper resolution is unethical and deeply concerning, especially in the supplement industry where people trust brands with their health. This app fails at quality control, customer care, and ethics. Once they have your money, they simply don’t care. If you value your health, your money, and your peace of mind — DO NOT ORDER supplements from HyugaLife. Extremely disappointed. It is a big market for products this platform is meant for . It was covered in a transparent wrap, which I didn't open. I took photos and videos of the product and requested a replacement. They promised a pickup within 3 days and a replacement within 7 days, but nothing happened despite my follow-ups. I recommend ordering only from Mumbai, as they sell counterfeit products in other cities. It is highly unprofessional. From my experience, this app works more like a broker than an actual retailer. Most of the time, products are out of stock, but the app does not show that. Instead, it lets you place the order, and then you end up waiting for more than a week or even a month for delivery. It feels like they first wait for enough demand and only then arrange the products at their convenience, leaving customers waiting with no transparency. Before ordering their delivery date is appropriately 2-3 days which shifts to 4-5 days after you place your order. The delivery date eventually gets delayed to 7-8 days. My last order date was July 4, 2026 and was continuously delayed and finally delivered today on July 12, 2026. To get that delivery also I had to send 3 emails and calls for 4 days continuously to get it after 8 days. ### 1/5 — Slow delivery app *2026-07-12, version 23.0.1* Last time I ordered, I received my order only after 10–15 days. Every day the app kept showing “Delivery Today,” but it never arrived on time. The price was also much higher than the normal price. Despite providing clear photo evidences multiple , the refund was denied and they claimed that product was dispatched in intact condition. Additionally, the contents had aata like smell. Further, I requested them to provide photo evidences to prove that they dispatched the product intact, which they failed to do and have stopped responding to emails and closed the ticket. Poor customer service, lack of accountability and selling tampered health products. Never purchase from Hyugalife ### 1/5 — Wrong Product received *2026-05-11, version 22.1.4* Have been ordering from this brand from more than a year but they lost a genuine cus tomer! So I originally ordered “ Nitrotech 1.8 kg protein and 1 Kg “ the whole truth” But I received order “nak pro” protein of 1 kg and the invoice I received inside the box is named after - Sahil gour as you can clearly see in the attached image whereas On top of the box there is my order details whereas inside order is different with the same product invoice ! When I contacted them with all images and wrong order invoice and box images, they said “ there is nothing they can do” Also there is no way - 3 kgs products ( 1 pack of Nitrotech and another can come in such small box! It’s clearly a huge loss for me as original order was around 8k and I received 1100 INR order and I have been buying from you for so many years! I think you should really check both images and anyone can understand there are 2 orders - MISPLACED! Anybody ordering please be careful Placing large orders as you can experience the same and face loss! ### 1/5 — Absolutely Terrible Service – Never Using HyugaLife Again *2026-03-21* I’ve never been this frustrated with an app before. I placed an order on 11 March, and by 12 March, it seemed like things were moving but then it completely froze. The estimated delivery was 17 March, and now it’s 22 March and still nothing. Customer care gave me empty reassurances and even offered to cancel, which I refused at first out of patience: big mistake. This app is completely unreliable. The interface might look okay, but the service is a disaster. Orders don’t get delivered, tracking is useless, and support doesn’t actually solve anything they just give vague promises. I ended up cancelling my order after waiting over 10 days with no results. I will never return to HyugaLife, and I won’t recommend it to anyone. This isnt just a minor inconvenience it’s a total failure of service. I asked for the return but they are replying that they provide genuine products and can not provide the refund. I have spend more than 7300 rs. for that order and getting used and smelly product in return. ### 1/5 — Scam alert!! *2026-01-16, version 18.2.0* I have purchased Avvatar Alpha whey protein (Malai Kulfi) from HyugaLife, and guess what I received the fake product. Instead of protein powder, it has plain flour (wheat flour). Also, there is no mandatory batch number, expiry date, or use-by date on the container. I contacted them over calls/emails but they are constantly refusing to refund or replace the product. I even emailed their CEO Avani Shah, but no response from her, disappointed, no accountability here. Because they also know they are selling fake products. I see 4.3 star rating here but pretty sure 2 out of 10 people are getting scammed! I have initiated legal procedures to get the refund or replacement of authentic product and I hope they get hefty penalty to scam common people.
